An Entry, then a Front Yard (or a Backyard)

Apartments that emulate the luxuries afforded to detached houses, by transitioning through the plan as you would in a house.

Residents either enter via a front yard and move through the living spaces toward an atypical backyard, or enter via the working backyard and move through the living spaces towards a functional courtyard.
